The key to client satisfaction is trust.  All of our officers have received the four-day Security Industry Authority (SIA) training course and have to pass our very stringent vetting procedures. This is where a minimum five-year work history, credit history and criminal records amongst others are checked. Managers select officers most suited to a client’s needs and they receive site-specific training and instructions. We ensure the same officers are kept on their regular sites for continuity and good working relationships.

Managing the details

All officers clock on and off duty, as well as making hourly check calls to the 24 hour Control Room. Each and every one of our sites receive visits from the Mobile Supervisor as part of our standard service. We will also supply security-warning signs free of charge to all clients.
